North Ridge Country Club is committed to providing exceptional hospitality and service throughout all areas of the Club. The Beverage Cart Attendant plays an important role in enhancing the golf experience by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive beverage and snack service to members and guests on the golf course.
This position requires a personable and energetic individual who can provide outstanding customer service while safely operating a beverage cart, maintaining product presentation, and promoting food and beverage offerings in a professional manner.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly while providing prompt and courteous service throughout the golf course.
- Safely operate beverage carts on the golf course while following all Club and golf course policies.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, cocktails, beer, and other food items in accordance with Club standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, daily specials, and promotional offerings to enhance the member experience and increase sales.
- Maintain proper inventory levels on the beverage cart throughout the shift.
- Stock, clean, and organize beverage carts before, during, and after service.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, rotated, and stored according to health and safety standards.
- Monitor member needs proactively and maintain a visible presence on the golf course.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of beverage carts, coolers, and service areas at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the golf shop, kitchen, bartenders, and management regarding member needs, inventory, or operational concerns.
- Handle member concerns or special requests professionally and promptly notify management when necessary.
- Follow all cash handling procedures and accurately reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Assist with golf tournaments, member events, and special outings as needed.

Basic knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and beverage service preferred.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart in varying weather and course conditions.

Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
Must demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment when serving alcohol.
Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service according to state law.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart across golf course terrain.

In addition to the aforementioned duties, the Beverage Cart Attendant must act in a professional, respectful, and fair manner at all times toward members, guests, and fellow staff. Job duties are not limited to those listed above and may be modified by Club management based on operational needs.
