The CRM/Power Platform Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Microsoft Power Platform solutions while building trusted client relationships and supporting successful project outcomes. This role collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to implement business applications that improve customer engagement, streamline business processes, and drive operational efficiency. The CRM/Power Platform Consultant is committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering exceptional value to every client engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver CRM and Power Platform implementations in collaboration with the PMO team.
- Follow Boyer's 360 Framework Project Methodology.
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and recommendations.
- Create happy, referenceable clients.
- Achieve evolving product knowledge and skills.
- Promote and apply implementation best practices.
- Add value to clients while maintaining a target of 36 billable hours per week.
Compensations & Benefits The posted salary range represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual offers are determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, education, and internal equity. The final offer will reflect the qualifications of the selected candidate while maintaining alignment with Boyer's compensation philosophy. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are determined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation is discretionary, performance-based, and not guaranteed. Employment Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2–5 years of consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience participating in multiple full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Project Operations, and/or the Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, or equivalent).
- Experience implementing additional Dynamics 365 applications such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, Azure, or third-party applications.
- Experience configuring security roles, business process flows, automation, and standard system customizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting organization.
