What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
- Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active California PT License in good standing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current TB clearance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
