Our lead drug candidate, saroglitazar, is a dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) alpha / gamma agonist. ROLE SUMMARY
The coordinator position for the commercial team reports directly in the SVP, Commercial Strategy and Operations. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this person will support and collaborate with others on the team on key business initiatives. These initiatives would include: 1)Managing Fleet services for Zydus field leaders; 2)Coordinating with Marketing team and Promotional Review Committee on agenda management; 3)Assisting VP, Sales and Syneos partner in the execution of Field Meetings. This role requires a friendly, energetic person with high integrity who can represent the management team with professionalism – interacting with colleagues from Zydus USA and Zydus India as well as Syneos, our partner in field execution.
There is a lot to do, so high energy levels and a great sense of humor will be required!
The successful candidate must be able to perform each of the following satisfactorily:
· Support fleet administration, including vehicle assignments, driver safety program oversight, and act as the primary contact for vendor purchase orders and invoices.
· Support Marketing team in agenda management for Promotional review committee meetings
· Provide assistance to VP Sales in the execution of field sales meetings
· Provide administrative support to the SVP and her leadership team. Specific duties include calendar management, meetings and events coordination, expense reporting and travel arrangements
· Understand the legal and compliance environment and drive collaboration with both teams
· Assist team leaders with onboarding of new team members
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
· 5+ years of prior administrative and operational support, preferably within a commercial organization
· Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
· A basic understanding of vendor management
· Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The position will require domestic travel, primarily in support of national field team meetings. Those meetings occur about 3x per year

This is a hybrid position based in our Princeton-area office.
