Requirements

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role combines creative, analytical, and project management skills to support marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, distributor communications, social media, website management, and content development. 


The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketer who can execute marketing programs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage marketing assets and communications, and contribute to the overall success of the Snap-tite Hose family of brands. 


Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, advertising, distributor communications, and events.

Brand & Communications: Help maintain brand consistency by developing messaging and marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness and communicate the value of our products.

Content Creation: Create engaging written and visual content that aligns with our brand and supports marketing initiatives.

Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, optimize content for SEO and user experience, and coordinate website improvements with internal teams and vendors.

Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign and content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and drive business results.


Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and manage an editorial and content calendar to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. 
  • Assist with campaign planning by aligning content deliverables across website, email, social, and influencer channels. 
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. 
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates. 
  • Coordinate content approvals and version control with marketing team. 
  • Manage digital assets, including images, videos, and documents, ensuring proper organization and usage. 
  • Assist in reporting and documentation of content performance, campaign results, and insights. 
  • Ensure all published content complies with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content best practices. 

Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms. 
  • Experience creating and managing content for websites, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization. 
  • Familiarity with content management systems and website publishing workflows. 
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

This is an onsite position with a schedule of 9am to 5pm at our Erie location.  Some travel is required.
