Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure timely execution and clear communication.
- Maintain project cost tracking, budgets, and financial data within Unanet.
- Support Project Managers throughout project mobilization, execution, and closeout activities.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounting to facilitate purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project reporting templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting marine, heavy civil, or industrial construction projects.
- Proficient in Unanet A/E (or similar ERP) for cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with field and office staff.
- Working knowledge of contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and project documentation independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting USACE, NAVFAC, or DOT marine contracts.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
- Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
