- Pay: $17.00/hour
- Shift Length: 12-hour Night Shift
- Mondays: Every Monday is a planned maintenance day
About the Role
We are hiring a Processing Lead to support production at our Warsaw, IN plant. This role reports to the Director of Processing and helps the team follow the production schedule safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Production Support
- Follow the production schedule
- Help lead the crew during the shift
- Keep production moving safely and efficiently
- Watch for issues and report them quickly
Safety and Teamwork
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and company policies
- Use forklift or pallet jack safely if trained
- Support SPF practices and SDS chemical safety procedures as needed

What You'll Bring
- Be reliable, dependable, and willing to lead by example
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Able to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced plant environment
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Production, processing, warehouse, SPF, SDS, forklift, or pallet jack experience is helpful
