Headquartered in Georgetown, Texas, we deliver high-quality products and trusted solutions worldwide. Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, excellence, accountability, and trust.

We're looking for a Staff Accountant II – AP & Expense Operations to take primary ownership of expense management, AP workflow oversight, and operational accounting in our fast-paced, multi-entity distribution and eCommerce environment. You'll work on a modern accounting stack: SAP S/4HANA paired with automated AP and expense platforms, and have the independence to research, problem-solve, and run accounting workflows with limited supervision. If you take pride in clean processes and real ownership, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

Expense Management & Policy Administration. Administer corporate card and reimbursement programs through the Company's expense management platform, audit expense reports against Travel & Expense policies, keep approval workflows moving, and support employee training and ongoing system improvements.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Operations. Manage AP workflows, invoice processing, and vendor communications; reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice, receiving, and unmatched transaction issues; and partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and keep transactions clean.

Month-End Close & Operational Support. Support month-end close and assigned deliverables, prepare schedules and accruals, assist with reconciliations and transaction research, support year-end audits, and maintain accurate records within SAP S/4HANA.

Process & Continuous Improvement. Maintain compliance with internal controls and workflow standards, identify inefficiencies, and support automation and standardization efforts that scale with our growth.
