Gosincro is a 3rd-party logistics provider, offering parcel fulfillment and sortation solutions around the world. Our clients are eCommerce marketplaces that utilize our technology, operations, and courier resources to deliver orders to their customers globally. We’re looking for a candidate who loves working in a busy logistics environment and has a strong focus on process, quality and compliance. As a Lead working for a company that offers an all-in-one shipping platform. Our Lead will play a key role in delivering a seamless operation of scanning, weighing and shipping packages for our customers. Quality inspection is a key task in this role. Employees will be on their feet for the duration of their shift and will be lifting up to 50 pounds independently. Our Lead will require 1-5 years of related warehouse experience and 1-5 years of leadership experience in a related role. We will train employees on all job duties to get the job done in a thorough and time efficient manner. Our pay rate reflects a competitive wage based on experience that scales with production and efficiency.
This role requires training to take place on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) for the first 2-3 weeks of employment. After training is completed, the 2nd Shift Team Lead will transition over permanently to 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM).
- The ability to effectively multitask
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with the daily leadership of the Warehouse floor and staff.
- Assist the Warehouse Floor Supervisor with day to day leadership of shifts.
- Be the resident expert of all things warehouse-related.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations, assure stock and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
- Prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures.
- Assist with providing necessary security within the warehouse.
- Maintain a variety of records, files and reports.
- Maintains work areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Lead the team in achieving shift goals, and be able to work outside your role if necessary
- Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles and utilize a variety of technology resources (ie- laptop, X-ray, software, scales, measuring tools, etc) as required; coordinate for the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed.
- Train, provide work direction and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel; assist in training workers in operations of inspecting, fulfilling and shipping products.
- Operate adequate merchandise management tools (ie- pallet jack, pallet stacker, forklift) (DOQ).
- Meet and exceed productivity and quality goals and standards.
- Ability to lift, move and transport weight up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of different software programs, such as: Google Workplace Applications, Microsoft Office, Zebra Scanners, etc.
- 1-5 Years of related warehouse leadership experience
- Adhere to safety standards & OSHA Compliance
- Ability to understand and follow general and/or written instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Detail Oriented and has the ability to multitask
Preferred Experience (not required):
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with Continuous Improvement & Operational excellence methodologies (Six Sigma or similar)
- Internal auditor qualification (not essential)
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other automation technologies used in fulfillment operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with training, coaching, and mentoring
- Basic knowledge of TSA or International Regulations pertaining to - Dangerous Goods, Prohibited Goods, or Illicit Goods.
Compensation: $24.00-$25.50 DOE

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed in both an office environment and a light industrial environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and industrial equipment.
