As a Rental Sales & Customer Service Agent, you'll help customers throughout the vehicle rental process, from selecting the right vehicle to completing rental agreements and preparing vehicles for their next customer. This position combines customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities in a dynamic team environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a positive rental experience from check-in through vehicle return.
- Explain available vehicle options, rental policies, and pricing.
- Recommend optional protection products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services based on customer needs.
- Complete rental agreements accurately while verifying required documentation and following company procedures.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and excellent service.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each rental, noting any damage and confirming vehicles are clean and rental-ready.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, vehicle availability, and customer transactions.
- Work closely with team members to keep daily operations running efficiently.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Applicants age 21 and older must have no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years. Applicants under 21 must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or the vehicle rental industry is preferred but not required.
