The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government and is responsible for overall contract management, performance oversight, staffing, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The PM provides strategic leadership and operational direction to a multidisciplinary team supporting program operations, grants management support, customer service, data management, analytics, workflow automation, and reporting activities across multiple locations and stakeholder organizations.
The PM is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all contract requirements while maintaining alignment with Government priorities, program objectives, and performance expectations. The PM oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates geographically dispersed teams, manages contract deliverables, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and data-informed decision-making.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
· Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale federal, state programs and contracts.
· Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising multidisciplinary teams supporting complex operational, technical, or programmatic initiatives.
· Experience supporting large federal civilian agencies, grant-making organizations, or complex regulatory programs.
· Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts involving multiple task areas, stakeholders, and geographically dispersed personnel.
· Demonstrated experience supporting federal grants programs, program management offices, customer service operations, business operations, or large-scale administrative support programs.
· Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning, performance management, quality assurance, risk management, and process improvement activities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and Government stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Federal program management experience supporting federally funded early childhood, family support, public health, or social service programs.
· Experience managing programs involving data management, analytics, reporting, workflow automation, cloud-based systems, or enterprise business processes.
· Experience leading geographically dispersed teams operating across multiple regions.
· Experience implementing organizational change management, operational transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
