Maintenance Coordinator
Full-Time | Year-Round | In-Office Position

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our year-round team.
As the primary liaison between homeowners, guests, vendors, and our maintenance team, the Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring maintenance requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This position is primarily office-based, with infrequent off-site responsibilities, and requires availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate maintenance requests from homeowners and guests.
- Communicate with vendors, technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure work is completed to company standards.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the Outer Banks area is required.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.
Work Environment: Indoor, office work environment, minimal-to-moderate amount of noise infrequent-to-no exposure to outside weather conditions, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice.

Hours: Full-time, year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.
Salary Range: Pay based on experience, and proven ability, determined by Director of Maintenance Operations.
