The Administrative Assistant for Academics & Student Affairs provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Academic and Student Affairs offices. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors while ensuring the efficient operation of academic and student life functions. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while supporting the mission of the school.

The most qualified candidates will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and effectively use school information systems
  • Experience in an independent school or educational setting
  • Experience supporting multiple administrators or departments simultaneously
