We're looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff & Executive Operations Support professional to serve as the strategic operating partner to the President & COO of Unisco.com and Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer of Item.com.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. You'll operate as a trusted extension of the executive office, driving strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional execution, improving organizational accountability, and leveraging AI to transform how work gets done.

What You'll Do

Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business functions

Lead executive-level project and program management

Coordinate executive meetings, priorities, communications, and follow-up

Build executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and decision support materials

Own accountability tracking for key initiatives and leadership commitments

Design and implement AI-powered workflows and business automations

Improve operational processes and create scalable systems

Partner with leaders across operations, finance, technology, sales, and other departments

Help ensure the executive team stays focused on the highest-value priorities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years supporting senior executives or serving in a Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Program Management, or similar strategic role
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills
• Executive-level written and verbal communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
• Strong business judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
• Daily proficiency with AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools
• Experience building AI workflows, automations, Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or using automation platforms such as Zapier or Make is highly desirable
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
