Mike’s Bikes is a community-focused bicycle retailer with stores across California and Colorado, as well as a dedicated online store. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality to our local riders while serving as a leading partner to the world's largest cycling brands. As part of the Pon.Bike portfolio, we combine a passionate, local shop culture with global corporate backing.
We are seeking a growth-oriented, hands-on (Senior) Director of Finance who can serve as both a strategic partner and operational leader within a fast-moving, multi-location retail business. The (Senior) Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in the corporate structure, commercial development, and ongoing management of the company, directly supporting the execution of our long-term strategic goals.
