Office Assistant
Description
  • Responsible for managing the Executive Director’s calendar, correspondence and electronic communication; drafts correspondence and ensures timely response; extends invitations on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Provides administrative support to various Executive Team members as needed.
  • Plans, organizes and provides administrative support for a variety of confidential correspondence, presentations and communications.
  • Provides planning, organization, and administrative support for special projects/assignments.
  • Basic office filing and organization, One Drive files, and SharePoint files.  
  • Provides support for administrative tasks that involve the use of excel, word, SharePoint and other electronic programs.
  • Assist with preparing presentations in PowerPoint for a variety of organizational meetings or events.  
  • Assist with events set up as needed for organization and donor events. 
  • Assist Department Heads with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist Safety Officer and facilities Manager with SDS index and safety manuals. File, add spreadsheets and assist with inventory.
  • Provide assistance to asset inventory – create spreadsheet, assist with logging assets and affixing asset stickers.
