ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Project Execution
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule.
CRM & Lead Operations
- Ensure leads from all channels are captured, routed, and tracked correctly in the CRM.
- Monitor lead flow and alert the team to errors, delays, or system issues.
Content & Creative Support
- Support the Digital Content Manager with posting, scheduling, and asset management.
- Assist with website updates, social posting, and basic content publishing.
Sales & Intake Readiness
- Work with the Sales & Intake Team Lead to ensure leads are delivered in a format and timing that supports fast response and conversion.
- Resolve lead flow issues that impact Intake performance.
Reporting & Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate marketing and lead data.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and data quality.
Vendor & Tool Support
- Support the CMO with marketing vendors, platforms, and internal tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFICIENCIES
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or campaign support.
- Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
