Assembly Floor Lead Job Summary
The Assembly Floor Lead plays a critical role in daily production operations at Bedrock Truck Beds. This Assembly Floor Lead provides hands-on leadership on the assembly floor, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork while supporting supervisors and mentoring production team members.
Assembly Floor Lead Responsibilities
· Lead daily assembly activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
· Serve as a point of contact for production employees during assigned shifts.
· Monitor workflow, staffing, and materials to ensure efficient production.
· Train, coach, and mentor team members on standard work and best practices.
· Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability.
· Identify and communicate production issues and improvement opportunities.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts.
· Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams as needed.
· All other duties as assigned by management.

Assembly Floor Lead Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
· Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
· Ability to read work instructions and production documentation
· Forklift or equipment experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as required
· Capability to work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
Assembly Floor Lead Work Environment
This role is performed primarily on the assembly floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
