What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
- Perform maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
- Complete mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs
- Inspect vehicles and accurately document repair recommendations
- Work closely with the parts and service teams to support efficient repairs
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production expectations
- Follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures and safety standards

What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Diagnostic and mechanical repair experience
- Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, diesel, or European vehicle experience is preferred but not required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license

- 1 year of automotive experience.
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
