Shipping Auditor
Description

The Shipping Auditor is responsible for inspecting and verifying customer orders prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of shipping documentation, and the ability to identify and correct discrepancies before products are shipped. 

Requirements

 

  • Audit customer orders for accuracy before shipment. 
  • Verify products, quantities, lot numbers, and packaging against work orders, packing lists, and shipping documents. 
  • Inspect pallets for proper labeling, packaging, and stability. 
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate. 
  • Identify discrepancies and work with warehouse, production, and shipping personnel to resolve issues. 
  • Confirm customer-specific shipping requirements are met. 
  • Record audit results and maintain accurate documentation. 
  • Report quality or inventory issues to supervisors. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
