The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position that will field general customer service calls/emails that come into the Inside Sales Department and work as a supporting member to the Inside Sales team. The CSA will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and work in collaboration with the Inside Sales Coordinators, Inside Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and VP of Sales. The CSA will handle Return Material Authorization requests, send Sales Order Acknowledgments to customers, send tracking numbers for shipped Sales Orders, process Sales team sample orders and Rep sample orders, field expedite requests, as well as assist in entering data and information into company MRP system. The CSA will also be required to attend daily Sales meetings.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer General Sales phone line regarding order status or warranty questions and either assist as needed or direct to Inside Sales Coordinator if outside of CSA responsibility.
  • Field RMA warranty requests and process/send RMA paperwork via email to LSI representatives or end-users.
  • Send Order Acknowledgements to LSI Representatives and/or end users.
  • Send Tracking Information to LSI Representatives and/or end users.
  • Assist Inside Sales Coordinators with maintaining company MRP/CRM database.
  • Attend daily sales meetings and training programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to any customer or rep contacting LSI.
  • Enter and process sample fixture order for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Field and organize order expedite requests.
  • Process Quick Ship Orders

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or      related field OR
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience preferred

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on      a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 
  • Position is ONSITE in Stony Point, NY
