Provides oversight of senior service experiences at off-campus sites; ensures accountability, safety, and quality of placements through regular site visits and reporting. Additional duties may involve on campus assistance with record keeping, interfacing with service sites, and other tasks. Estimated daily schedule: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Site Visits and Supervision
· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to student service sites.
· Observe student engagement, professionalism, and adherence to expectations.
· Verify student attendance and participation during site visits.
· Ensure compliance with school safety and conduct standards.
Attendance Verification and Reporting
· Collect and confirm student attendance data from service sites.
· Submit timely and accurate attendance reports to the CSL
· Identify discrepancies and follow up with sites or students as needed.
Site Evaluation and Quality Improvements
· Evaluate service sites using established program rubrics and criteria.
· Assess site effectiveness in providing meaningful student experiences.
· Identify concerns related to supervision, safety, or program alignment.
· Recommend continuation, modification, or discontinuation of site partnership.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain positive relationship with site supervisors and partners.
· Serve as the school’s representative during site interactions.
· Communicate feedback from site to the CSL.
Student Support and Accountability
· Address minor student concerns or performance issues during site visits.
· Reinforce expectations for conduct, engagement, and responsibility.
· Report significant concerns promptly to the CSL.
Program Feedback and Continuous Improvement
· Provide regular feedback on program strengths and areas for growth.
· Contribute to refinement of site selection, policies, and procedures.
· Assist in training or orienting new services sites as needed.
The most qualified candidates will have:
· A bachelor’s degree
· A valid driver’s license and clear driving record
