We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule appointments for clients, customers, or patients via phone, email, or online booking systems

- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed, maintaining accurate records

- Coordinate with staff and departments to optimize scheduling efficiency

- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding appointment availability and procedures

- Maintain organized and up-to-date appointment calendars

- Follow up with clients or patients to remind them of upcoming appointments

- Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues professionally and efficiently


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in appointment scheduling or administrative support preferred

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Professional and courteous demeanor

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

1+ years of Health Care related experience

Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Knowledge of medical terminology

Efficient proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Detailed oriented with organizational and time management skills

Ability to perform in a highly stressful situation

Ability to multitask

Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other medical support staff

Ability to navigate through multiple software applications

Salary Description
$17.30 - $19.00
