We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Laser Esthetician to join our dynamic medical aesthetics team. In this role, along with patient care coordinating and registration duties, you will evaluate client skin types, develop customized treatment plans, and safely perform laser and light-based procedures. You will combine your in-depth knowledge of skin anatomy with technical expertise to deliver exceptional cosmetic results. 

• Licensure: Valid state Esthetician License and/or Cosmetology License
• Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a med spa, dermatology, or clinic aesthetics setting
• Strong working knowledge of skin biology, laser physics, and safety protocols. 
• Excellent public relations/customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently while representing the brand professionally.
• Excellent communication skills to include oral comprehension, oral expression, written comprehension, and written expression
• Computer & Electronic Health Record experience 
• High level of personal presentation
• Ability to maintain accuracy with interruptions
• Ability to use sound judgement and cope with potentially stressful situations
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values 
• (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles for service excellence.
• Completion of Alma Harmony and Hybrid trainings as well as Alma Academy training courses
• Medical Terminology preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
