Gilbert Christian Schools Greenfield Campus is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered educator to join our elementary team as a Push-In Math Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, 60-minute daily math instruction across three foundational classrooms (Grades 1–3). In addition, your day will include targeted math intervention groups to close achievement gaps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Instruction

• Deliver dynamic, engaging, and developmentally appropriate 60-minute daily math lessons across three designated classrooms (Grades 1–3).
• Utilize a "push-in" model to seamlessly integrate into the homeroom environments, fostering a smooth transition for young learners.
• Incorporate a biblical worldview into daily math concepts, helping students see God’s order, truth, and beauty through mathematics.

2. Targeted Math Intervention

• Dedicate a portion of the daily schedule to leading small-group math intervention sessions for students needing extra academic support.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to identify learning gaps and scaffold instructions effectively.

3. Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with two fellow math teachers on your specialized team to co-plan, align pacing guides, and share best practices.
• Coordinate with homeroom teachers to maintain an organized, supportive, and cohesive classroom culture during math blocks.
• Participate in school-wide professional development and vertical alignment planning.

4. Spiritual & Community Leadership

• Model a vibrant Christian walk, integrating faith and prayer into the academic day.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and intervention milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Spiritual: A confessed and active Christian faith, with a commitment to the school’s statement of faith and Christian mission.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certification: Valid state teaching license or Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certification (or willingness to obtain ACSI certification).
• Experience: Proven experience teaching foundational math concepts to early elementary students (Grades K–3) is highly preferred.
• Skills: * Strong understanding of early childhood mathematical development and standard pedagogical practices.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills to thrive in a team-teaching environment.
  • Strong classroom management abilities within a push-in structure.
