Ready to step out of the office and lead clinical care in the real world?
At Volunteers of America, behavioral health care happens in shelters, supportive housing, and community programs, not behind clinic walls. This Clinical Supervisor role is designed for a licensed clinician who wants to lead where care is delivered, supporting teams, guiding through complex situations, and shaping how integrated care reaches people who need it most.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not traditional clinical work. You will support teams providing care across:
- A youth shelter serving young people in crisis
- A young adult shelter focused on stability and independence
- A women-only medical respite program supporting recovery after hospitalization
- Permanent supportive housing programs across the community
- Transitional housing programs serving veterans
Our programs are low barrier and fast-moving. At times the environment can be unpredictable, challenging, and stressful. It is also deeply meaningful work where clinical leadership has a direct and visible impact every day. If you are looking for a role where your experience matters beyond a traditional setting, this is it.
