We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help guide a hardworking team while ensuring every room and public space reflects the high standards our guests expect.

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our hotel experience:

  • Lead by example by performing all housekeeping duties when needed
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, comfortable, and inviting
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of housekeeping team members
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
  • Assist with coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and key control procedures
  • Oversee and maintain accurate lost & found records
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate commercial laundry equipment
  • Step in wherever needed to support team success and daily operations
