Summary
In the role of Residential Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Coordinate appointments for sales consultations and installations
- Work closely with customers and installation teams to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to completion
- Enter and maintain customer and job information within company systems
- Assist sales representatives with scheduling, follow-up, and project coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and installation timelines
- Manage documentation, contracts, and customer records
- Support daily office operations and customer service needs
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales support, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Acumatica experience preferred
