As a Cook, you'll play an essential role in our kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, executing menu items with consistency, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver outstanding meals to our guests.

What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing items for daily service.
• Cook menu items according to established recipes while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality throughout preparation and ensure all dishes meet restaurant expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies, properly storing food, and communicating inventory needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service, especially during busy meal periods.
• Assist with menu enhancements and recipe development as requested by the culinary leadership team.
• Accommodate special dietary requests and food allergies with attention to detail and care.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Chef, or in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, measurements, and recipe execution.
• Experience with a variety of cooking methods, including grilling, baking, sautéing, roasting, and frying.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality meals.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and work safely in a hot kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
