In this role, you’ll be one of the friendly faces members count on for everyday banking, account support, digital banking help, and problem-solving. You’ll receive support from an experienced team while building skills that can help you grow within SVCU.

What You’ll Do
- Assist members with transactions and account questions
- Open accounts and help members with additional services
- Support online and mobile banking needs
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with branch team members

- Monday-Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays with pay differential

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment
