In this role, you will serve as a guardian of our beverage standards, flawlessly executing our curated artisanal cocktail program with culinary precision and strict adherence to established recipes. You will navigate an award-winning wine list, maintain rigorous quality control, and deliver an elevated, engaging counter experience to local regulars, theater-goers, and VIPs alike. - Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of previous serving, bartending—preferably within a fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven concept.
- Credentials: Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Mindset: A passionate willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to elite service standards.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the dictates of a premier restaurant require.
- Logistics: Reliable transportation to and from our Sacramento location.
