Position Summary
The Inventory Control Coordinator position at the district level is responsible for maintaining the inventory control program of tangible company assets, fixed and current. The Inventory Control Coordinator reports to the District Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
i. Operational
- Micro-management of inventory control within district facilities
- Coordinate with district management team to fulfill customer and FPC requisitions
- Coordinate with BO&D department to implement and maintain operational and support systems infrastructure
- Micro-management of production work order document completion within district facilities
- Assist in the maintenance of asset documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility shipping and receiving protocols
- Verify vendor QC compliance
- Ensure compliance with asset reporting
- Complete review, audit, and approve facility operations documentation including, but not limited to: shipping and receiving, repair and maintenance work order, general administrative documentation, JIRs, NCRs, CARs, etc.
- Coordinate with Operations personnel to prioritize production activity
- Assist in SOP development where formal material does not exist
- Assist in the development of training and educational material where formal material does not exist
- Ensure compliance with the national QMS and HSE programs
- Create and maintain a safe work environment for all employees
- All other assigned duties
ii. QMS and HSE Responsibilities
- Be aware of and comply with all FPC QMS and HSE policies
- Complete additional training necessary to perform a quality job in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
- Use “Stop Work Authority” when unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions could lead to an incident impacting health, safety, or the environment
- Conduct and or participate in pre-job (pre-task) meetings with fellow employees and document on JSEA’s
- Ensure that all non-conformances are documented and submitted through the QMS

Requirements
a. Experience:
- Recent practical experience with equipment, personnel, sales, and software – 5 years to 10 years.
- Job-related experience – Minimum 5 year
b. Education and Training:
- High School diploma
