Description
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a community located in Lakeland, FL. This is a part time role and eligible for:
- PAID TIME OFF
- 401K with PAID match

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
- Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
- Light Maintenance tasks i.e. changing light bulbs, air filters, clear clogs, etc.
- Perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to perform general custodial duties.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate machinery, tools and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including: hand tools, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
