Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Procurement & Logistics Specialist  (Back-End Supply Chain) to lead our day-to-day manufacturing fulfillment, warehouse operations, and material flows. You will oversee everything from placing transactional POs against pre-negotiated contracts to supervising inbound/outbound freight and physical inventory storage. Your focus is operational execution, exact warehouse counts, and on-time floor delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Execution: Place purchase orders (POs) and follow up closely on daily supplier delivery timelines.
• Warehouse Management: Supervise goods receipt, bin placement, picking operations, and safe materials handling.
• Inventory Control: Lead cycle counting processes to minimize variances and maintain high stock accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Book freight, manage customs paperwork, and resolve inbound transportation delays.
• Material Flow Control: Partner with production planning to feed parts to the manufacturing floor on time.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years combining transactional manufacturing purchasing with hands-on warehouse environment experience.
• Skills: Expertise in 3PL coordination, freight customs regulations, layout optimization, and inventory cycle counting.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., M2K, SYSPRO, SAP, Oracle).
