Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and store operations through accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, receiving and shipment handling, and maintaining overall warehouse organization. This role ensures that products are properly received, stored, picked, packed, and prepared for delivery while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and a safe work environment while supporting store operations and customer deliveries as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately
- Maintain inventory control through proper documentation and organization
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g, forklifts, pallet jackets)
- Follow all safety, quality and procedural standards
- Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting the store with customer deliveries
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and inventory systems
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety procedures and protocols
- Safely lift, move and handle materials weight up to 75 lbs
