Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Service Sales Coordination team, providing training and daily support.
- Coordinate HVAC preventive maintenance (PM) agreements, inspections, repairs, and emergency service requests.
- Prepare and process service proposals, maintenance agreements, renewals, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contract documentation, and pricing information in the company's CRM and ERP systems.
- Monitor contract renewal dates and proactively coordinate renewals with Service Sales Representatives.
- Schedule technicians and coordinate service visits with customers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work closely with Service Managers, Dispatch, Project Managers, and Sales Representatives to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Track service sales opportunities and assist with sales forecasting and reporting.
- Review customer purchase orders and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service coordination, service administration, or sales support.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, and scheduling software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
