About the Role 

Our Insurance Coordinators help patients understand and maximize their dental benefits while working behind the scenes to ensure insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, learning new systems, paying close attention to detail, and helping others. 

You do not need prior insurance experience to be successful in this role. We provide training for motivated candidates, and we encourage current Patient Care Coordinators who are looking for a new career path to apply. 


What You'll Do  

Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits  

Submit and follow up on insurance claims  

Research unpaid, delayed, or denied claims  

Communicate with insurance companies by phone and online  

Work with our clinical and front office teams to resolve insurance questions  

Maintain accurate documentation in our systems  

Help improve the patient financial experience 


What We're Looking For 

Excellent attention to detail  

Strong organizational skills  

Comfort using computers and learning new software  

Professional communication skills  

A positive, team-oriented attitude  

Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn 

Preferred (not required)  

Experience in a dental office  

Patient Care Coordinator or front office experience  

Insurance verification or billing experience  

Customer service experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring range: $22.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
