Walton Isaacson, LLC’s (“WI”) Media Biller role provides support to the Finance & Accounting Department by ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of client invoices, maintaining billing records, and assisting with accounts receivable reconciliations. This position partners with internal stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support the overall financial operations of the organization while upholding Walton Isaacson’s commitment to operational excellence and client service.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Create invoices according to company practices.
- Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client contracts and company policies.
- Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies.
- Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis.
- Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling accounts each month.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $30.00 to $30.00 (hourly, non-exempt). Where an employee or prospective employee falls within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual pay ranges for current or former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market and budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (for current employees); as well as the employee’s or applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
