POSITION OVERVIEW FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER
Agilitech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker works under the direct supervision of the Fleet Supervisor. The Warehouse Worker assists with any needed services related to procurement, tracking, and warehouse duties. These services include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below.

- 5/8 Work Schedule
- Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on overall experience.
- Receive and release all tools to Agilitech employees, maintaining paperwork flow
- Repair small hand tools (power tools, generators, Greenlee 555, etc.)
- Travel to job sites to perform vehicle audits and inventories based on need
- Purchase and/or pick up items for the office and the shop as directed by the Asset Manager
- Complete stock/consumables checklist every week and submit purchasing list for approval
- Manage and maintain the Agilitech yards at various locations in a clean, organized manner
- Familiarity with low and high voltage electrical equipment and tools
- Offload and load materials and small equipment on and off trucks utilizing a forklift
- Towing of equipment to job locations
- Inventory of yard and project materials
- Performs other related duties as assigned
OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCIES FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER
- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Knowledge of electrical materials
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
- Ability to read and understand technical and service manuals
- Capacity to analyze a situation and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in the working yard
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER
- Valid Driver’s License – CDL Class B preferred or the ability to obtain
- Towing
- Forklift
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER
- Position requires standing and being on feet for extended periods of time throughout the workday
- Frequent walking across yards, shop areas, and job sites
- Ability to navigate uneven terrain, gravel, and outdoor environments
- Occasional climbing (e.g., into vehicles, trailers, equipment, or storage areas)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move tools and materials (e.g., 25–50 lbs)
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate equipment, including forklifts, in a yard and shop environment
- Ability to mount and dismount equipment safely and maintain control while operating machinery
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
