Who we want:
The Success By 6 Program Coordinator is a motivated, organized self-starter with excellent time management skills who will support advancement of the overall mission of United Way for Greater Austin and the Success By Six Coalitions.
Manage daily operations to support the Austin/Travis County and Williamson County Success By 6 Coalitions, including:
- Event and meeting logistical planning, coordination and execution.
- Develop public-facing communications including event invitations and newsletters.
- Maintain a database of key stakeholders and maintain file organization for coalition work.
- Develop and maintain processes for coalition member onboarding.
Coordinate, plan, and execute special projects and assignments to support Williamson County initiatives, including:
- Gather resources and information to inform and implement projects and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations and build future partnerships throughout the county.
- Represent United Way at special events and meetings.

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum three to five years experience in community partnerships, administrative support, office management, program coordination, or operations role in non-profit, government, or public sector agencies.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders, including non-profit partners, funders, community volunteers, and organizations.
- Interest in and commitment to the organization’s mission.
- An ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment
