Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Women's Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient women's health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an integrated outpatient women's health program providing behavioral health services to women across the lifespan
• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment planning within a collaborative care model
• Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals
• Manage a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day
• Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to behavioral healthcare

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868
• HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible
• PSLF Eligible Employer

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Holidays
• No On-Call Responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for women's health patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with primary care and women's health providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary care team
