Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (BA) acts as the bridge between the business and technology. They evaluate operations, gather and document functional requirements, and identify process improvements. Their goal is to use data-driven insights to streamline workflows, solve business problems, and maximize organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· BI lead: Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
· ERP Lead: Subject matter expert for M1. Lead training and troubleshooting. Lead projects related to updates, additional modules and features.
· Custom report generation based needs and requests of the business
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet original specifications.
· Change Management: Facilitate communication, manage project scope, and support staff training during new system rollouts.
· Act as the primary point of contact between business leaders, project owners, and software.
· Analyze existing legacy systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks and design optimized, future-state process flows.
Qualifications & Education
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, system analysis, or project coordination.
Essential Skills
· Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff, and articulate business objectives to IT developers.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate costs, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions.
· Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and structured business documentation.
· Experience in writing SQL queries
