Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Laminator Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Seven immediate full-time night shift openings — bring a friend and work together
• Operate laminating equipment while producing high-quality packaging products
• Mix adhesives, monitor production quality, and maintain machine performance
• Work in a safety-focused manufacturing environment with established production standards
• Join a global packaging manufacturer serving the food, retail, and healthcare industries

COMPENSATION
• $21.10 per hour
• Additional $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• Effective Rate: $23.10/hour

SCHEDULE
• Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
• 12-Hour Continental Schedule
• 3 Days One Week / 4 Days the Next
• Every Other Weekend Off

ROLE
• Operate laminating equipment safely and efficiently
• Mix adhesives and verify production formulas
• Inspect first-piece quality and monitor production specifications
• Read job orders and perform accurate machine setups
• Maintain SQF cleanliness and food safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and safe manufacturing practices

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience REQUIRED
• Laminator experience preferred but not required
• Experience measuring and working with chemicals REQUIRED
• Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure REQUIRED
• Basic math skills required
• Manufacturing experience with a strong safety and attendance record preferred
