What You'll Do:

• Deliver a welcoming experience for members, guests, and visitors
• Provide information about facility programs and schedules, assist guests in registering for activities, and direct guests throughout the facility
• Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
• Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, shift checklists, and help support overall department and facility needs
• Support event and program setup and breakdown
• Receive and organize mail and deliveries
