Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise all banquet and event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown

- Collaborate with clients to plan and customize event details, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded

- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain accurate event documentation and billing procedures

- Work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver seamless event execution

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in banquet or event management within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred
