The Skilled Facilities Partner maintains Rock City Enterprises properties by performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. This role supports a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment while helping fulfill our mission to enrich lives through Wonder and Connection.

What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance work orders and repairs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and facility inspections.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety standards and work with team members and contractors on projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in facilities, building, or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or general repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
