Description
What You'll Do:
- Conduct personalized vehicle delivery orientations for new Subaru owners.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems.
- Pair customer phones with Subaru infotainment systems and explain connectivity features.
- Schedule and conduct Encore appointments to answer follow-up questions after purchase.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.
- Encourage customers to explore all the features their Subaru has to offer.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with customer events and dealership initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfortable teaching customers how to use technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Automotive experience is helpful!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
