Heartline Staffing is now accepting applications for our August and September orientation classes at a Pennsylvania state-operated Intermediate Care Facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

This six-month local contract supports adults ranging in age from 23 to 95 with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs. This opportunity is ideal for experienced CNAs looking for stable full-time hours, meaningful work, and long-term contract stability in a structured care environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Six-month local contract assignment
• Paid 4-week orientation before working independently
• Provide direct care for approximately 250 adult residents ages 23-95
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and behavioral support
• Work alongside Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and an interdisciplinary care team
• Support adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs in a Pennsylvania state-operated Intermediate Care Facility
• August and September orientation classes now forming

COMPENSATION
• Local Pay: $26.00 per hour
• Paid 4-week orientation
• Overtime available after successful completion of orientation
• Overtime paid at $39.00 per hour (1.5x base rate)
• Weekly pay

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Six-Month Contract
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
• Paid Monday-Friday Orientation

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification REQUIRED
• Previous CNA experience preferred
• Behavioral health, intellectual disability, dementia, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or state facility experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working with adults who may display challenging behaviors
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Must be able to complete all required state clearances and onboarding requirements
