Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Lead General Dentist in Haines City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Provider opportunity in a modern private dental practice
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry while leading the clinical team
• Practice with strong clinical autonomy in a patient-centered environment
• Manage 2-3 operatories with established patient demand

COMPENSATION
• Tiered Production Compensation Up to 36%
• Daily Guarantee
• Retention Bonus After One Year

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Four-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No Call
• No Major Holidays

Requirements

• DDS or DMD Degree REQUIRED
• Active Florida Dental License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED
• Three Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
• Comfortable Managing Multiple Operatories
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
• Committed to Delivering Outstanding Patient Care
