Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Social Worker in Naples, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead dementia respite groups and Brain Joggers cognitive wellness programs for older adults
• Meet with prospective participants and families to assess program needs
• Facilitate structured group sessions while encouraging engagement and social connection
• Maintain accurate documentation and program compliance
• Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults

COMPENSATION
• Salary: $60,000-$75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

• Master of Social Work (MSW) REQUIRED
• Minimum Two Years of Experience Working with Older Adults REQUIRED
• Experience Leading Dementia or Cognitive-Based Groups Preferred
• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
• Passion for Serving Older Adult Populations
